1. Who we are
Queenpass ("we", "us") operates a marketplace that lets customers discover and book discounted beauty services offered by independent salons. We are an intermediary: the salon provides the service; we provide the platform, booking, and payment facilitation.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with your phone number and a one-time passcode. Keep your device and number secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be 18 or older to use Queenpass.
- One account per customer; one account per salon (salons are approved by us before going live).
3. Bookings, prices, and payment
- Deal prices are shown in the app. To reserve, you pay a 30% prepayment online (via Stripe); the remaining 70% is paid at the salon at your visit. (Prepaid/"wholesale" deals, where shown, are paid in full online.)
- A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a QR code. Show the QR at the salon within its validity window to redeem your visit.
- Prices, capacity, and availability can change until you book; your confirmed booking locks your price.
4. Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows
- You may cancel a booking before your visit, subject to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking. Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method.
- No-shows (not attending and not cancelling) may not be refunded.
- If a salon cancels or cannot honor a confirmed booking, you are refunded your prepayment.
- Refund timing depends on your bank/Stripe; we initiate eligible refunds promptly.
5. Reviews
You may leave a star review only after a genuine, completed visit (verified by QR check-in). Reviews must be honest and lawful. We may remove reviews that violate these terms.
6. Loyalty points
Points are a promotional benefit with no cash value, earned on completed visits and redeemable against future prepayments as shown in the app. We may adjust the program with reasonable notice.
7. Your conduct
Don't misuse the platform: no fraud, no fake bookings or reviews, no harassment of salons or staff, no attempts to circumvent payment, and no unlawful use.
8. Salon obligations (business users)
Salons must hold a valid trade licence, provide accurate details, honor published deals and confirmed bookings, deliver services safely and lawfully, and provide accurate bank details for payouts. We pay out a salon's share on the schedule described in the dashboard, net of our commission and any applicable adjustments (e.g. refunds/clawbacks).
9. Our role and liability
We facilitate bookings and payments but are not the provider of the beauty services and are not responsible for their quality, safety, or outcome — that is the salon's responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Queenpass is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law, or to protect users. You may stop using Queenpass and delete your account at any time from within the app.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and update the date, and notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the competent UAE courts, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
